Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a specific type of therapy focused on skill building to improve multiple areas of our lives, including living in the present, handling overwhelming emotions, creating emotional stability, and improving how we interact with others. This DBT group is broken down into four sections: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Each section will run for 6 weeks, making one cycle about a 6 month process.
