Working with a Registered Dietitian you can use nutrition counseling to manage chronic conditions that affect your physical and emotional well being. At Healing Moments Counseling, we believe in an integrative approach to wellbeing and this includes nutrition therapy. Our Registered Dietitian works with a variety of clients and challenges ranging from childhood behavior modification, Postpartum nutrition, weight loss, the mind body connection and beyond. Our approach is integrative in nature and will take an in-depth look at the relationship we have with food, sleep routines, exercise and emotional wellbeing.

We accept most insurances, but all plans differ on coverage. Please call for more details. We also offer a reduced rate packages for uninsured or private pay patients.
Wellness Package- Includes initial consultation (2hours) and two follow up sessions (1-hour each). $382.50 (a 15% discount off the standard rate).
Ongoing Support Package-Three follow up consultations (1-hour each). $225.00 (25% off the standard rate).
