Holly Sires

Holly Sires is working towards completing her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychology from St. Mary’s University. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Purdue Global University.

Holly enjoys working with a variety of clients, and she uses several therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Strengths Based Therapy (SBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and positive psychology. Holly believes creating a safe, non-judgmental space will enable her to create a therapeutic relationship with her clients.

Holly enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, skiing, spending time outside, and playing pickleball.

 Holly is working under the direct supervision of Lynn Leger, LPCC and Board Approved Supervisor, as she completes her hours toward graduation.
