Holly Sires

Holly Sires is working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). She completed her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychology from St. Mary’s University and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Purdue Global University.

Holly enjoys working with a variety of clients and uses several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Strengths-Based Therapy (SBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology. She is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and has completed police therapist training. Holly believes that creating a safe, nonjudgmental space fosters a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, skiing, being outdoors, and playing pickleball.

Holly is working under the direct supervision of Kathleen Massmann, PhD, LPCC, Board-Approved Supervisor, and Lynn Leger, LPCC, Board-Approved Supervisor, as she completes her hours toward licensure.
