Healing Moments Counseling offers several payment options for counseling services:

  • In-Network Provider – Several of our providers are considered in-network with:

    • AETNA

    • Americas PPO

    • BHP

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield and affiliated plans

    • Champ VA

    • CIGNA

    • HealthEZ

    • Health Partners

    • Medica

    • Medical Assistance

    • Minnesota Health Care Plans (MN Care)

    • Quartz (Byron Office Providers Only)

    • UCARE

    • SelectCare

    • South Country Alliance

    • TriCare

    • United Behavioral Health

    • United Behavioral Health Affiliate Plans (UBH)

  • Out of Network Provider – most out-of-network insurance benefits are accepted. Clients pay at the time of service and receive an invoice that they may submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.

  • Medicare- At this time we are unable to accept Medicare. Clients who have Medicare can be seen by utilizing our Uninsured Rate.

  • Uninsured Rate – This option is for clients who do not have insurance or are seeking services that are not covered by insurance. HSA and HRA cards can be used.

    • Intake and Diagnostic Session- $200.00 

    • 45-60 minute session- $175.00 per session

    • Therapy sessions with reduced fee provider- $50-$75 per session

  • Employee Assistance Plans- Many local providers utilize an EAP program; contact your HR department to see if you have EAP benefits. Only one EAP Authorization may be used per calendar year (for up to 6 sessions).
