Rachel Panek
Rachel is currently working toward her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. Cloud State University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Community Psychology, from St. Cloud State University. Rachel’s therapeutic style combines person-centered and narrative approaches to encourage and support clients in reaching their goals and gaining greater self-awareness. She strives to create a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental environment by using empathy and understanding to holistically support clients as they become the writers of their own stories.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with friends and family, getting outside, and staying active. She also enjoys working on crochet projects, reading, and watching movies.
Rachel is working under the direct supervision of Kathleen Massmann, PhD, LPCC, and Board-Approved Supervisor, as she completes her hours toward graduation.
